I would like to propose an idea where we are allowed to remove our votes, change them if we changed our minds of an image we saw or to undo upvotes/downvotes on images. I've noticed that this idea has been rejected in 2015 (https://knowyourmeme.com/forums/suggest-ideas/topics/36698-being-able-to-undo-upvotes-and-downvotes-that-youve-given), but since the site's activity is increasing starting from 2020 and considering the website support ads, is it possible to implement this type of system?

Along with the lack of edit button, it's difficult to believe we STILL can't retract votes. It's frustrating when you up/downvote something based on first impressions, but then you find more context and would like to reverse your decision.
Oh yeah, and the times when someone says an absolute nuclear take on the level of "I think baby-eating should be legalised" and then you miss the red thumb by 3 pixels and accidentally upvote. ಠ_ಠ
I read that thread you linked and it WAS a feature at one point, but it got removed (and most of the people in that thread saw that as a good thing since it was apparently abused somehow). I'm sorry but that's actually just nonsense.
