This isn't a thread of me complaining about "Top 10 memes from r/something" content on the frontpage. I understand that this site needs a way to monetize itself to stay afloat.
This is about the sheer amount of random images dumped into the photo feed to make those top 10's. When Collector Bot was first introduced situation was similar: Actually interesting/funny posts were getting buried under tons of reddit memes of random quality.
The solution was to give users ability to filter those out. If possible I'd like to ask for something similar for the images used in Collections articles.
