Origin

On March 23rd, 2023, Redditor Clumsy_Explanation shared a meme to /r/shitposting^[1] that was a variant of the "James Bond Burger" template, inserting photos of Adolf Hitler and a hot dog to roughly read, "Last night I Hitler, hot dog your sister." Over 11 months, the post gained roughly 16,000 upvotes (shown below).

Redditors posted memes and reactions in the comment section of the /r/shitposting^[1] post. For instance, on March 23rd, 2023, Redditor^[2] HoneZoneReddit replied with a gun GIF, captioned, "Me when I find whoever hitler hotdoged my sister," gaining over 3,300 upvotes in 11 months (shown below, left).
