Meow Dalyn is a Twitch streamer with over 15,000 followers. She's mostly known for her Just Chatting and gaming streams, where she plays games like Fortnite and Neopets. Beyond that, she's well known for roleplaying as a dog named Meow in every way possible, from her mannerisms to her appearance, sporting a fake tail, ears and dog-like makeup.

Dalyn has committed herself to being a so-called "dog girl" and acts in a way that is unmistakably dog-like, from chewing on bones to sharing a desire for pets and treats to having "handlers" that take care of and train her. Recently, Dalyn appears on the Australian talk radio show Kyle and Jackie O._, where she discussed in detail the ways in which she identifies as a dog. During the interview, she revealed that she has "handlers" rather than a boyfriend, that she goes to the bathroom out in the yard (unless it's raining) and even claims she feels uncomfortable when Kyle uses a "dog trainer" device on her, which emits a high frequency only perceptible to dogs.

She explains that her name is Meow, "like a cat," and claims that training time is her favorite because she "gets treats." According to a New York Post article on the interview, Dalyn began embracing herself as a dog when she reached adulthood. This includes purportedly mixing dog food into her daily meals. She also claims she keeps the dog-sona "out of the bedroom," quoted as saying, "The dog side of me is an everyday lifestyle, so I find myself not needing that in the bedroom at all.”
